Fall

First day of school 2016.

We found a local bowling alley, and had fun there one afternoon.

I got to visit my parents in Palmyra with my sister.  It was a great trip.

This is what my family did while I was gone.

Niagara Falls

Kirtland, Ohio

Kirtland Temple

And old Erie Canal lock.

Chris's mom passed away in September.

We got to spend a few days at Grandpa's house.

Kian found the world's best mud puddle and splashed to his heart's content.

Chris spent a day at school volunteering.  He found that Kian has lots of helper friends.

Cousin AJ's baptism.

Chris went camping with the scouts.  Or the scout.

Halloween.  Kate is Madeline Hatter from Ever After High, and Lily is Peter Pan.

Chris is Nacho Libre (he won the costume contest at work again), and Kian's behavior aide Christopher went along trick-or-treating for a little while.

 Crazy hair day at school

Chris took the kids to This is the Place Heritage Park one Saturday while I was sleeping after work.

They saw lots of fun things, like the petting zoo.

Kian had to leave school early one day, and got to spend some time at Daddy's work.

Pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving dinner at Grandpa's house.

Kian lost his first tooth!  And wouldn't hold still for a picture.

Summer

Kian turned 6 this year! He loves playing outside.

We love going to the summer library party every year.

That's Lily on the rock wall.

Our friends invited us to swim in their condo pool.

Lily and Kate took ice skating lessons and got pretty good at it.

We like to pretend we play tennis sometimes.

Chris did a great job growing raspberries this year.

We took a trip to the Curiosity Museum at Thanksgiving Point.  The kids had a blast.

There was a fun hedge maze there.

And a really cool zip line for the kids.  I almost passed out sending Kian on it.  I was sure he would fall off, but he didn't and he loved it.

Our very patriotic July 4th bike ride.

The 4th of July parade in Magna is a fun tradition.

The girls had to show off their ice skating skills for their daddy.  Kate won the speed race.

We had a fun day trip to Park City.

The Olympic Park has a cool free museum with lots of memories from the 2002 Olympics.

We went to the splash pad at the Valley Fair Mall a couple of times.

My siblings and our families all got together for a missionary homecoming.

Kian loves sidewalk chalk.

I got to go to girls camp with these cute girls.

And Chris went on high adventure and some campouts with the boys.

We had a blast at Lagoon.
